1. Finding good ways to exercise
makes life more enjoyable
First thing's first - feeling good
in life is important. When you exercise, your body releases
powerful stimulants called "Endorphins". I won't bore you with the
science of it, but basically if you exercise, you'll get a natural
'high' during or after. Essentially, exercise makes you feel good.
Exercise is
fun if you find the right sport!
Sure, spending an hour on
the treadmill sucks, but when you can lose yourself in the happenings
of a game you love, you've added some excitement to your
lifestyle.
You
are more mentally healthy if there's activities in your life that you
look forward to and enjoy. This is easy self improvement.
Exercise keeps your body healthy. If your body
is healthy, you're more physically attractive. You'll also be
physically fit for longer in life. Your anatomy is able to function
well for longer if you use it often enough.
Exercise allows you to eat more
tasty stuff! Let's face it, most nice food is high
in
calories. If you exercise often, you can eat the tastiest grub without
putting on weight...
If you play a sport...then you won't have to feel
guilty about eating that 3rd portion of dessert! You can have the
freedom to eat what you like, if you exercise it off.

Take in the right amount of carbohydrates,
proteins, vitamins etc, and you stand a better chance of feeling and
looking healthy, for longer.
If you feel healthy, you have the
energy to be
able to take what you want from life.

the world is your oyster in terms of succeeding. Also if you look
physically healthy to others, you are more attractive and more
employable.
3. Drinking water flushes the 'bad
stuff' from
your body
Parts of what you eat, drink and breath in are
bound to be unhealthy for your body. Water filters out the
stuff your system doesn't need - providing you drink enough
of it.
When you eat something unhealthy, you'll put on
less weight if you drink water afterwards because water flushes out
unneeded sugars, fats etc.

keys to a healthy lifestyle because it plays such a major role in
keeping your organs in good condition.

As a human (and thus, not a machine) you need a

mental health that you 'recharge' often.

You are more capable on your feet and in your
thinking, if you take pure, decent-length breaks from
everything.
